Let us help you make your dream a reality! The dream is yours; not ours ! The project is yours; not ours! The focus is on you and your vision; not HEH. You'll be serving long after the HEH trucks have left your community. Those in need should connect with you and your work; not HEH. And, we believe your community should recognize your efforts; not HEH. To that end HEH makes the following commitments to our partners: 1. We do our best to "customize" and "right size" our ministry to fit your needs and limitations. 2. We place no restriction on the use of our products (other than those imposed by our donors). We trust our partners to be responsible and ethical in their use of these items. 3. We are flexible and will meet your needs within reasonable limits. 4. We do our best to keep our logistics fees within reach of any ministry or charitable organization while being responsible managers of our own ministry. 5. We really will *"do what others can't and go where others won't!"*
	*Six Simple Steps!* We want to help! Help us help you by taking the following steps. 1. As you *plan* your project *identify* needs and ways your think HEH can help! If you have questions please contact us. 2. Contact HEH as soon as possible to *schedule* your event! We want to serve you well but late notice may make it impossible for us to help. The availability of certain products and our trucks are always a concern. We can't supply product we don't have or trucks that are committed elsewhere. 3. Contact HEH for a list of *available products. Since we deal largely with donated items our inventory is subject to change. While we may not have the specific product you had in mind we may be able to provide a substitute that meets or exceeds your needs and expectations. 4. Contact HEH for an estimate of our logistics fees.* While HEH does not charge for items donated to us there are costs associated with transportation and warehousing. Some items, however, have been purchased and are made available at our cost. Logistics fees vary with the products you need, the amount needed and the distance and means of transportation. Let us know what you have in mind so we can give you a clear idea of the cost. 5. Clearly communicate the products you need and when and where you need them. 6. *Stay in touch* with HEH as your project date approaches and keep us informed of any changes or concerns.
